Having 11 meeting spaces and a total surface of 1.200 sqm, the hotel is equipped to accommodate meetings and conferences of every calibre. The meeting rooms can be furnished to your choice. On the ground floor you will find several meeting rooms with a capacity up to 100 guests. On the first floor you will find the 900m2 Ballroom, the space for conferences up to 600 guests. On the first floor there is also meeting room De Dam with a space of 52m2 which can be utilized as an office or breakout space for up to 60guests in theatre style.

Because of the flexible walls of multiple meeting rooms, anything is possible, whether you want a theater or a boardroom setting.

The uncertain situation can still prevent you from organizing a meeting. That is why we now offer the possibility to cancel up to 2 weeks in advance free of charge or to move your day-meeting to an alternative date.

  • For day packages (DDR packages) from 5 to 25 persons;

  • ​Cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance or move to an alternative date;

  • Full payment of the meeting at least 7 days in advance;

  • Valid at all Apollo Hotels & Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands & Belgium;

  • For new meetings taking place before April 2021;
